Origin: Styrian Dragon is one the newest hop varieties in Slovenia, bred at the Slovenian Institute of hop Research and Brewing in Žalec from European and American germplasm

Agronomics: 1300-1800 kg/ha

Alpha acids: 6.0-10.0 %

Beta acids: 7.5-8.5 %

Co-humulone: 22-24 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 1.4-2.1 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: citrus, lemon, tropical fruits

Myrcene: 50-60 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: NA

Humulene: 12-17 % of whole oil

Farnesene: ˂ 1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: aroma variety with intense unique aroma profile

Recommended use and hopping: as pellets type 90, third or dry hopping
