Dry brewing yeast content less than 7 % water and 1 gr. of yeast has minimum of 5 billion live yeast cells
Dry brewing yeast are packed in vacuum packs of 500 gr. / for homebrewers in 11 grams /, recommended storage is 4-6 ° C
After opening we recommend to use the yeast as soon as possible
Dry brewing yeast can be used for yeast propagation, direct pitching or bottle conditioning
