Origin: Saaz Late is a late fine aroma variety gained from Saaz with a slightly different aroma profile and released for commercial production in 2010

Agronomics: 1500-2500 kg/ha, later harvest

Alpha acids: 2.0-5.0 %

Beta acids: 4.0-6.0 %

Co-humulone: 21-26 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 0.5-0.9 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: herbal and floral, very slightly citrussy and fruity aroma

Myrcene: 20-40 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 6-10 % of whole oil

Humulene: 15-25 % of whole oil

Farnesene: 10-20 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: aroma hop variety for third and dry hopping

Recommended product use and hopping: as pellets T90, third hopping, dry hopping
