Origin: Premiant is the Czech dual purpose variety selected from hybrid progenies of Saaz variety, released in 1996
Agronomics: 1600-2500 kg/ha, larger cones
Alpha acids: 7.0-11.0 %
Beta acids: 3.5-7.0 %
Co-humulone: 20-25 % of alpha acids
Total oil: 1.1-1.9 ml / 100 grams
Aroma: hoppy, slightly spicy, fruity notes
Myrcene: 35-45 % of whole oil
Caryophyllene: 8-13 % of whole oil
Humulene: 25-35 % of whole oil
Farnesene: 2-4 % of whole oil
Brewing characteristic: dual purpose hops containing good amount of alpha acids combined with pleasant aroma profile
Recommended product use and hopping: as pellets T90, first and second hopping
