Origin: Nobella is a new German hop variety released in 2024 from a private breeding program.

Agronomics: 2 000-2 500 kg/ha, early maturity

Alpha acids: 4.0-9.0 %

Beta acids: 4.0-6.0 %

Co-humulone: 40-42 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 1.0-1.5 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: herbal, floral, tea and citrusy notes

Myrcene: 30-40 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 10-15 % of whole oil

Humulene: 10-15 % of whole oil

Farnesene: < 1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: noble aroma hops as replacement to H. Mittelfruh or Hersbrucker, third dosing of hops ideally

Recommended use and hopping: hop pellets, late hopping for aroma
