Origin: Huell Melon is the new German flavor hop variety selected from US Cascade and Huell male, grown commercially from 2012

Agronomics: +/- 1800 kg / ha, good resistance to powdery and downy mildew

Alpha acids: 6.5-7.5 %

Beta acids: 6.0-9.0 %

Co-humulone: 25-30 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 0.5-0.8 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: fruity aroma with honeydew melon and strawberry notes

Myrcene: 50-60 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 5-10 % of whole oil

Humulene: 10-20 % of whole oil

Farnesene: <1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: flavor hops with specific aroma profile

Recommended use and hopping: as hop pellets or leaf, third and dry hopping
