Origin: Hallertau Blanc is the new German flavor hop variety bred from

US Cascade and Huell male, commercially grown from 2012

Agronomics: +/- 2000 kg / ha, resistant to powdery and downy mildew

Alpha acids: 9.0-12.0 %

Beta acids: 4.0-6.0 %

Co-humulone: 22-26 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 1.2-1.5 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: floral-fruity aroma similar to grapefruit, gooseberry and pineapple

Myrcene: 45-50 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 1-2 % of whole oil

Humulene: 1-3 % of whole oil

Farnesene: <1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: flavor hops with specific aroma profile

Recommended use and hopping: as hop pellets or leaf, third and dry hopping
