Origin: Eris is a new Czech variety, seedling of Kazbek, registered in 2023

Agronomy: 1 400 -2 000 kg/ha, semi late maturity

Alpha acids: 6.0-8.5 %

Beta acids: 4.0-6.0 %

Co-humulone: 45-50 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 1.1-1.9 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: intense citrus and tropical fruits with floral and herbal notes

Myrcene: 20-40 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 10-15 % of whole oil

Humulene: 20-30 % of whole oil

Farnesene: ˂ 1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: aroma hop variety for third and dry hopping mainly

Recommended product use and hopping: as pellets T90, dry hopping
