Origin: Ceres is a new Czech variety, seedling of Kazbek, registered in 2023

Agronomy: 1 500 -2 000 kg/ha, semi late maturity

Alpha acids: 4.5-7.0 %

Beta acids: 2.5-4.5 %

Co-humulone: 32-40 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 0.9-1.5 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: intense citrusy, floral and fruity aroma with woody and grassy notes

Myrcene: 20-40 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 10-15 % of whole oil

Humulene: 20-35 % of whole oil

Farnesene: ˂ 1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: aroma hop variety for third and dry hopping mainly

Recommended product use and hopping: as pellets T90, dry hopping
