Origin: Centennial is an aroma variety released in 1990 and sometimes referred to as super Cascade.

Agronomics: 1700-2200 kg/ha, medium size compact cones

Alpha acids: 9.5-11.5 %

Beta acids: 3.5-4.5 %

Co-humulone: 28-30 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 1.5-2.5 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: floral and citrusy

Myrcene: 45-55 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 5-8 % of whole oil

Humulene: 10-18 % of whole oil

Farnesene: <1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: aroma variety with well balanced bitterness, floral and citrusy aroma as Cascade with higher alpha

Recommended use and hopping: as leaf hops or pellets type 90, second and third hopping, dry hopping
