Origin: Boomerang is a new Czech hop bitter variety released in 2017

Agronomics: 1500-2000 kg/ha, medium early ripening

Alpha acids: 10-14.0 %

Beta acids: 5.0-10.0 %

Co-humulone: 27-32 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 1.5-2.5 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: spicy, hoppy, slightly citrussy and notes of fruity aroma

Myrcene: 30-50 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 7-11 % of whole oil

Humulene: 14-17 % of whole oil

Farnesene: ˂ 1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: bitter hop variety for first and second hopping, dry hopping for special beers

Recommended product use and hopping: as pellets T90, first and second hopping, dry hopping for special beers
