Origin: Blues is a new Czech dwarf aroma bitter variety registered in 2019

Agronomics: 900-1500 kg/ha, early ripening

Alpha acids: 4.0-7.0 %

Beta acids: 2.0-4.0 %

Co-humulone: 21-25 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 0.6-1.4 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: herbal, spicy, floral and slightly citrussy and notes

Myrcene: 15-40 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 9-15 % of whole oil

Humulene: 15-30 % of whole oil

Farnesene: ˂ 1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: aroma hop variety for second and dry hopping, dry hopping of lager and ales

Recommended product use and hopping: as pellets T90, second hopping, dry hopping
