Verdant IPA yeast was selected in collaboration with Verdant Brewing from the UK for its ability to produce a variety of hop-forward and malty beers. Premium notes of apricot and tropical fruits merge with hop aromas.

With medium attenuation and medium flocculation this yeast is particularly good for beers style such as NEIPA, English IPA, Sweet Stout.

Use and dosage: 

The pitch rate 50-100 grams per 1 hl of wort is sufficient to achieve optimal results for the fermentation. Rehydration of Verdat IPA in sterile water is recommended prior to pitching into wort to reduce stress on the cells, dose at 18-22°C.

Packing and storage: 

Verdant IPA yeast is available in 0.5 kg, store at 0 - 4°C temperature. Opened packs must be re-sealed, stored in dry cold conditions and use within 3 days.
