Origin: Palisade is an aroma variety bred by Select Botanicals Group and originated from the Tettnanger variety. It excels mainly due to its resistance to fungi and diseases

Agronomics: 2 300-2 700 kg / ha

Alpha acids: 5.5- 9.5 %

Beta acids: 6.0 - 8.0 %

Co-humulone: 24 - 29 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 1.4 - 1.6 ml/ 100 grams

Aroma: Floral, fruity, hints of citrus

Myrcene: 9 - 10 % of total oil

Caryophyllene: 16 - 18 % of total oil

Humulene: 19 - 22 % of total oil

Farnesene: ˂ 1 % of total oil

Brewing characteristic: hops with nice aroma profile

Recommended use and hopping: as pellets type 90, third hopping, dry hopping
