Origin: Cluster is one of the oldest hop varieties commercially grown in the US. Its pedigree is unknown and it is very good dual purpose hops

Agronomics: 1700 - 2200 kg/ha

Alpha acids: 6.0 - 9.0 %

Beta acids: 4.0- 6.0 %

Co-humulone: 35-40 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 0.4 - 0.7 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: fruity, herbal, woody

Myrcene: 35-45 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 5-10 % of whole oil

Humulene: 15-20 % of whole oil

Farnesene: < 1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: variety with pleasant aroma profile, dual purpose

Recommended use and hopping: as pellets type 90, second and third hopping
