Origin: Hallertauer Tradition is the German aroma variety released in 1993, bred for disease resistance, very close in characteristics to Hallertauer Mittelfruh

Agronomics: 1800-2200 kg/ha, good pickability, tight cone

Alpha acids: 4.0-7.0%

Beta acids: 3.0-6.0%

Co-humulone: 24-30% of alpha acids

Total oil: 0.7-1.2 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: fine, similar to H. Mittelfruh

Myrcene: 17-32% of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 10-15% of whole oil

Humulene: 35-50% of whole oil

Farnesene: 0% of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: aroma hop with very good aroma profile

Recommended use and hopping: as hop pellets type 90 or 45, second and third hopping
