Origin: Golding is a traditional UK aroma variety treated also as East Kent Golding if grown in East Kent and Kent Golding if gown in mid Kent

Agronomics: 1400-1700 kg/ha

Alpha acids: 4.0-5.5 %

Beta acids: 2.0-3.5 %

Co-humulone: 20-25 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 0.6-1.1 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: gentle, pleasant hoppy

Myrcene: 20-26 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 12-16 % of whole oil

Humulene: 40-48 % of whole oil

Farnesene: <1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: aroma hops with good aroma profile used in both kettle and dry hopping

Recommended use and hopping: as pellets type 90 or leaf, third hopping, dry hopping
