Origin: El Dorado is a hop variety with high alpha acids and pleasant apricot and tropical fruit aroma developed by CLS Farms and released in 2010.

Agronomics: 2600 - 2800 kg/ha

Alpha acids: 14.0 - 16.0 %

Beta acids: 7.0- 8.0 %

Co-humulone: 28-32 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 2.5-2.8 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: apricot, watermelon, tropical fruit

Myrcene: 50-60 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 6-8 % of whole oil

Humulene: 10-15 % of whole oil

Farnesene: < 1 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: variety with high alpha acids and pleasant aroma profile

Recommended use and hopping: as pellets type 90, third hopping, dry hopping
