Beer styles: mainly American style ales, Indian pale ale, porter 

Origin: Cascade is an aroma- type cultivar grown in the United States since 1972. It was obtained from crosses between Fuggle and Russian variety Serebrianka.

Agronomics: 1600-2200 kg/ha, compact cone structure

Alpha acids: 4.5-7.0%

Beta acids: 4.5-7.0%

Co-humulone: 33-40% of alpha acids

Total oil: 0.8-1.5 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: flowery and citrusy

Myrcene: 46-60% of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 3-6% of whole oil

Humulene: 10-16% of whole oil

Farnesene: 4-8% of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: aroma variety with well balanced bitterness, flowery and citrusy aroma, good for dry hopping

Recommended use and hopping: as leaf hops or pellets type 90, third hopping, dry hopping
