Origin: Amarillo is privately grown and registered variety in the United States

Agronomics: 1600-2200 kg/ha, good pickability, compact cone structure

Alpha acids: 8.0-11.5%

Beta acids: 6.0-7.0%

Co-humulone: 21-25 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 1.5-2.0 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: floral and citrusy

Myrcene: 60-70 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 2-4 % of whole oil

Humulene: 9-11 % of whole oil

Farnesene: 2-4 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: well balanced bitterness, floral and citrusy aroma, also referred as "high alpha Cascade"

Recommended use and hopping: pellets type 90, first and second hopping, dry hopping
