ABV Alfa acetolate decarboxylase

ABV Alfa acetolate decarboxylase is decarboxylase enzym, used in all kinds of beer brewing, where diacetyl is unwanted. Mostly in Pilsen type lagers. It is dosed into cold wort during main fermentation in ratio: 10-15g/1000L (10-15ppm) The Enzym is available in liquid form in packs by 1Kg. Recomended storage temperature is up to 10°C. It is recomended to use within 30 day after opening.
