Origin: Agnus is the Czech bitter variety selected from hybrid progenies of Saaz, Bor, Sladek, N. Brewer and Fuggles varieties, released in 2001

Agronomics: 1800-2500 kg/ha, good pickability

Alpha acids: 9.0- 14.0 %

Beta acids: 5.0-9.0 %

Co-humulone: 28-38 % of alpha acids

Total oil: 2.-3.0 ml / 100 grams

Aroma: hoppy, spicy

Myrcene: 40-50 % of whole oil

Caryophyllene: 9-13 % of whole oil

Humulene: 15-20 % of whole oil

Farnesene: <0.5 % of whole oil

Brewing characteristic: excellent bitter hops for first kettle hopping

Recommended product use and hopping: as pellets T90, first hopping
